General Return Policy

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, all returned items must include the following or they may be rejected:

  • Purchased from TripleNetPricing.
  • Item must be in original condition, with no physical damage (shipping damage excluded).
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and included materials must be returned.
  • Original UPC/serial number must be intact on both the product and retail packaging.
  • Return requests for a refund or replacement must be submitted by reaching out to our Support Team at CustomerService@triplenetpricing.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return Requirements & Processing
  1. Processing Time: Requests are processed within 2 business days after receipt.
  2. Damaged Shipments: Report visible shipping damage within 15 calendar days. Free shipping items will have sale amount refunded.
  3. Missing Parts: Returns missing parts (accessories, manuals, packaging, etc.) will not be processed until complete.
  4. Return Shipping: Customer pays shipping for items over 50 lbs, unless defective or damaged. Replacements for defective/damaged items shipped at our expense.
  5. Packaging Requirements: Ship returns in proper packaging to prevent damage. Inadequate packaging may result in rejected returns or refund deductions.
  6. Refund Conditions: Purchase price refunded after item is received and confirmed like-new.
  7. Refund Timeline: Refunds issued after warehouse inspection and processing.
Restocking Fees

A 0–15% restocking fee may apply if all of the following:

  • Item sold as New.
  • Return due to buyer’s choice (example: no longer needed).
  • Item has been opened.
  • Product category is VGA, Hard Drive, Motherboard, TV, or Projector.
Return Shipping Labels
  • Items under 50 lbs within return window.
  • Products that are defective or damaged.
No Exchange Policy
WE NEVER EXCHANGE UNLESS APPROVED AT OUR DISCRETION

TripleNetPricing does NOT offer exchanges under normal circumstances.

  • If you need a different product, model, or version, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
  • Exchanges may be considered at our discretion if stock is available, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • Replacements are offered only for defective or damaged items.
